Female Leadership Style Masterclass: January 2025
I was thrilled to have so many incredible women in advertising and marketing join me for my first Female Leadership Masterclass of 2025 last night!
We looked at goals including:
🎯 Pivoting in our career.
🎯 Getting a new job in a tough market.
🎯 Saying No more and being focused.
🎯 Saying Yes to things we’re scared of and the opportunities we’re given.
🎯 Making time to train, while also looking for a new job.
🎯 Putting ourselves first and making time to do new things.

And we uncovered insights including:
âš¡ Recognising how important our goal is to us and to our sense of purpose in life when we take away some of the barriers we put up.
⚡ We get so caught up in the how to do it. And when we tune into ‘how am I going to feel when I achieve this’, we can connect to the why I’m doing it. And why that’s important to us.
When we connect into ourselves. As leaders and as women, we can recognise what’s really important.
And from that point, of stepping back, pausing, feeling what we feel, we can then make choices and decisions about how to move forward.

In this workshop, Claire helped the group tap into their own unique inner wisdom, and connect to their individual values and leadership style.
By combining mindfulness techniques with a business coaching framework, Claire guided 60+ delegates to look into the type of leader they wanted to be, where they are now, and what’s holding them back.
