Leadership Intensive
A focused, six-week coaching intervention for when something specific needs to shift. This is for senior women navigating a live leadership challenge — where you need clarity, direction and decisive movement, quickly. We focus on one core area and work through both the practical and underlying dynamics, so you can move forward with clarity, confidence and self-trust.
For some women, this is exactly what’s needed. For others, it becomes the starting point for deeper work.
While my core work focuses on supporting senior women in leadership, I occasionally work with men through this intensive where there’s a strong fit.
