Fractional Marketing Director and Consultant

I am a fractional marketing director and consultant, with 30 years’ experience in marketing and media. First as an industry journalist and latterly building and leading high performance marketing teams at four of the top five advertising holding companies.

My passion is for building and leading integrated marketing teams that build brands and support growth. At dentsu UK&I I integrated the brand and comms teams and developed a brand strategy, including the leadership profile. I launched its first integrated brand campaign in less than a year. At Merkle I implemented an integrated marketing platform in EMEA and onboarded and integrated acquisition brands across the region. I built the brand in the UK from a standing start and integrated acquisition marketing teams and brands as we grew. I worked closely with the US and global marketing teams to ensure consistency as we continually evolved and grew. At Wavemaker I built a proactive marketing team and strategy, which won two Campaign Agency of the Year titles in two years.

I am available to work with agencies, tech companies, and start-ups, to lead, mentor and build your existing teams and/or improve performance of your existing marketing activity.

My passion is in brand building and building and mentoring integrated teams to support resilience and growth. I work with existing strategies that need improvement, focus and direction, or I can work with your leadership and/or existing marketing resource to create and develop your marketing function and strategy.
